Good quality product, easy to install/remove. One of the post inserts broke after a few months and the cap didn't stay in place anymore. Contacted the owner several times and he finally returned (without telling me) to repair the broken part after I left a review.

Danny was very professional, diligent and didn't pressure me to upsell a superior product. He gave me ever option available to me. In the end it is a very secure and sturdy product and clean/no mess installation even after a bunch of holes were drilled in the concrete deck.
