We believe you can do anything. The questions is do you want to? A seasoned installer takes 3-6 hours for the average install. A first-timer usually takes 3-4x longer and without the right practices may not be happy with the result.
We exclusively use wet core drills to avoid the chipping a hammer drill causes so make sure to weigh in the rental cost of a core drill ($150/day) and bit ($70) before taking on the challenge. As a knowledgeable pool fence installer myself who has a bent towards DIY projects, I personally would not recommend it based on the tradeoff of time to labor savings, but we are happy to work with you however we can.
